CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

We are sad to see you go but are so thankful you spent time with our gym! Please fill out the form below completely and we will respond within 24 hours to confirm your membership cancellation.

I agree to pay a $199 cancellation fee to cancel my account if my membership is under contract.
*Please note that if you are under contract, we will call you to collect cancellation fee payment before membership is cancelled.

I agree and understand there is a 30-day notice from the day of my cancellation request if my membership is month to month and will have to pay one last monthly payment before my account is cancelled.
*Please note you will still have 30 more days to access the gym during this time.

I agree that my account must be current in order for my membership to be cancelled.
*Please note we will call you if your account is past due during the request.
